Shipping All orders are shipped via the French postal service La Poste, using their Colissimo International service. Your order should be delivered within 4 to 8 business days and the package is insured for up to 206 € if it gets lost or heavily damaged. The shipping rate will be between 15 and 24€ depending on the destination. When ordering from our site, you will have an estimation of the shipping costs before you confirm your order.
Mineral Design will always do everything possible to respect the shipping delays displayed on our site. However, we are in no way responsible for a delayed shipping or lost package once your order leaves our hands.
If you don't receive your order within 3 weeks, contact us and we will start an investigation with “La Poste” to see if something went wrong with your package. Until we receive the required information from them, we won't be able to answer any refund request.
We strongly suggest that you verify the integrity of the package when you get it, and add something next to your signature stating that you can not be 100% sure that the product has not been damaged during the transport.
Customers outside Europe will be responsible for payment of any applicable duties at the time an order arrives at its destination. You must contact your local Department of Commerce for any duty and taxes that may be added. Mineral Design Shop orders only include the cost of the item and the shipping. Any duty or taxes may be added at the time of delivery.
Return
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 business days following the delivery date to return the goods and ask a refund. The shipping charge for the original order and the returned items can not be refunded.
We will only accept products which have not been damaged and have been perfectly secured for the transport. You order will then be entirely refund, except the shipping costs associated with it.
